Shipping fees

Your order will be processed and shipped by Paul Bristow, our UK manufacturer.

We only ship to the UK at a £3 flat-fee per parcel.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us by email. Then you have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. You don’t have to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The cost of shipping will be at your charge.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We remain open to each individual case and we’ll do our best to provide the best customer service possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible and within 14 of days or receiving your goods back.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send us first an email so we can confirm the return address.

You will be responsible for paying the returm shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot be liable for any loss.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, and since our products are print-on-demand, manufactured and sent by the manufacturer, it will mostly depend on the manufacturer
